Android: reset camera and microphone permissions

Due to a quirk in Android, sometimes uninstalling amd reinstalling an app doesn't reset the camera and microphone permissions for an app.
NOTE:  after you follow these steps, you will need to start the ViewClix app and login again.
If you're having issues with camera and/or microphone permissions on your Android phone or tablet, we recommend taking these steps:
  1. Go to Settings > General > Apps & notifications > App info
  2. All the apps that are installed on your device will be listed.
  3. Scroll down and select "ViewClix".
  4. The app's info will be displayed.
  5. Click on "Storage"

  1. Click on "Clear Data"

  1. A confirmation will appear.  Click OK.

  1. After these steps, the storage for data and cache will be cleared.
When you open the ViewClix mobile app, you will again be prompted to enable permissions.
