Can I sell/transfer my ViewClix frame?

Yes, ViewClix can help with the transfer of the frame to the new owner. You will need to provide ViewClix the new owner's name and email address. Please send this information to our support email support@viewclix.com

ViewClix frames purchased before February 13, 2023, have a Legacy Membership that included picture sharing, sticky notes and 1-to-1 video calling.  These Legacy Memberships are non-transferable. 

When the frame is sold or gifted to another person, the frame will automatically have a new Basic Membership which includes photo sharing and Sticky Notes but does not include video calling.  To enable all ViewClix features the new owner will need to subscribe to Premier membership.  Information regarding upgrading can be found here:  https://viewclix.com/premier

ViewClix frames can only be transferred to private owners and cannot be transferred to businesses.
