Enabling camera and microphone permissions for video calling

If the video calls are connecting but but there is no video or audio on one side of the call, there may be an issue with enabling the camera, microphone or speakers with your device.
 
For iPhone users: 
The simplest way to make sure your camera/microphone permissions are enabled is to delete the ViewClix app and reinstall it. During start up you'll be prompted to allow permission to use the camera and microphone. Also you can review your app permissions by following these instructions: Open the "Settings" app > Select "Privacy> Select "Camera" 
For microphone permissions: Open the "Settings" app > Select "Privacy> Select "Microphone"


For Android users: 
Follow the below instructions to make sure your camera/microphone have been enabled for use by the ViewClix app. 

For Firefox users: 
Follow the below instructions to make sure your camera/microphone have been enabled for use with viewclix.com 

For Google Chrome users: 
Follow the below instructions to make sure your camera/microphone have been enabled for use with viewclix.com 

For Safari users, in general we recommend against using Safari for video calling, as the browser is not as advanced as others. If you are using Safari here is a link with troubleshooting information:
