If the frame was previously connected to the network and now is having connection issues, we recommend rebooting the network. This is usually accomplished by unplugging the router, waiting 1 minute, and then plugging the router back in. It usually takes 5-10 minutes for a network to reinitialize, so you'll need to give the network time to start up. From time to time, all networks need to be reset. This article does a good job of explaining why a network reboot helps with network connections and stability:

Below are steps if you are trying to connect the frame to a new network:
1. Try connecting the ViewClix frame to a different network. This will give you something to compare against. You can use a phone's mobile hotspot to test with. If you are able to connect to other networks, this will let you know there's something amiss with the not connecting network.
2. Login to the network on a different device and load a web page you commonly do not visit. If using a smartphone, make sure to disable your mobile data. If the other device does not work, then this confirms there is a network issue and you'll need to reach out to the internet service provider.
3. Change or update your network's password. It's very easy to confuse password capitalizations or mix-up numbers/letters. We recommend using only numbers to avoid any confusion. Your router manufacturer or internet service provider will have instructions for how to change the network's password.
4.. Check the security encryption being used for the network. Some new networks are using "WPA3" encryption and it's well documented that this encryption type can cause issues with many devices being able to connect or stay connected. We recommend using the encryption "WPA2." The router manufacturer or your internet service provider will have instructions for how to change the encryption of the network from WPA3 to WPA2.
