Should I unplug the frame from power each night?

Should I unplug the frame from power each night?

Unplugging the ViewClix frame from power each night will reduce the life span of the frame. The frames do not have an internal battery.

If you'd like to have the frame appear "off" you'll want to use ViewClix's Sleep Time feature.

Frame Organizers are able to set the Sleep Time for the frame in the "Frame Settings" section of the Member Portal (viewclix.com/members).

For more instructions on setting the Sleep Time, you'll want to review page 17 of the ViewClix Operating Guide.

You can find a PDF copy to the ViewClix Operating Guide here: https://support.viewclix.com/portal/en/kb/articles/helpful-links
