ViewClix uses the WiFi router's IP address to be able to provide the weather service. Occasionally this can be inaccurate . 

The Frame Organizer (admin) can update this in the "Settings" section of the website Member Portal (viewclix.com/members). 

Under the "Call Log" and "Advanced" select the "Update location for weather forecast" arrow button. 

This will launch a new page and will allow you to update the frame's weather coordinates. 

Once updated, it may take several minutes for the frame to receive the new weather data. 

International users will place the country in the state field.
