What is the "Audio Performance Issue" error?

When the frame is plugged into power and during start up of the ViewClix Smart Frame, the frame will play welcome chimes. This is the frame testing its speaker and microphone systems.

After the start-up sound plays, if there is a testing issue, a message may be displayed "Audio Performance Issue."

This message might be due to 2 issues: either the frame needs a software update or rarely, there is a audio hardware issue.

The next steps are to bypass this message by pressing the "Play/Pause" button on the ViewClix Remote Control and make sure that the Wi-Fi and internet are connected.

After that, please send email to support@viewclix.com and we can send a software update to your frame.

If you are plugging in external speakers to the frame, you will need a speaker adapter which ViewClix can provide free of charge. Please reach out to our support team directly to request the speaker adapter: support@viewclix.com
